This executive workshop is designed for founding teams and members of newly incorporated and early stage companies. We will discuss some strategies to build a supportive working environment and some practices to grow and develop a productive and motivated team. This interactive session will also introduce the basics of agile management methods and managerial approaches. At the end of the workshop, participants will have an on boarding process for new hires and an understanding of managerial techniques within a start-up business.
